Ementa:

 

Estudo dos modelos de quantificação e distribuição das cargas de treinamentos em esportes cíclicos como corrida, ciclismo e natação.

Estímulos de treinamento distribuídos ao longo das fases de preparação e competição. Possíveis mecanismos responsáveis pelos ajustes metabólicos estão associados à melhora do desempenho.
